Dan, I looked at the pictures, as long as i have been in the construction feild, i've never realized how easy it is to overload a come-a-long or chain hoist. The info that you sent me is very helpful. I am going to share it with my co-workers. Thanks for everything. I will be staying in touch.

The availability on the 30t hoists that OZ provided (not once but, twice) in conjunction with the effort expended working with the customer directly to insure they were getting what they needed was impressive. In 17 years in this business, I've NEVER seen tech support like that from ANY vendor.

After we overloaded a lever hoist and broke a hook that ended with a $25,000 load on the floor and a near miss for one of our workers we have gone exclusively with overload protection. OZ Lifting offered a top of the line hoist with a good track record dealing with overload protection. Being the safety director I sleep better knowing that the OZ Hoist keeps us from repeating the same scenario, not to mention we aren’t replacing hoists that are damaged beyond repair.

OZ Hoists are very, very well thought through. To even the small details, like extra latch kits. Customers that really care about safety and have no other option but to be safe, like the DOE (Department of Energy) "Love this hoist" with its great features as do I.
