Ropes & Chains

Wire Rope Assembly

The 3/16” and 1/4” diameter wire rope assemblies are available in galvanized or stainless steel finish, with custom lengths of lift up to 100’. They can be supplied with either a bare end or ball end fitting and all assemblies include a swivel hook with safety latch. The ball end fitting is to be used with manual brake winches for easy installation and added safety. The bare end wire rope assemblies may be used with either a manual brake winch or electric winch.

Synthetic Rope Assembly

The synthetic rope assembly uses a 12-strand construction that is heat- and flex-fatigue-resistant with a Maxijacket High Performance coating, which supplies superior abrasion resistance. Available in either 3/16”, 1/4” or 5/16” diameter, with lift lengths from 15’ to 120’, the synthetic rope has zero water absorption and maintains its flexibility even in freezing conditions and works well around sheaves and winches. All synthetic rope assemblies include a swivel hook with safety latch.

Load Chain

Our Grade 80 chain is specially heat-treated, giving it a hardened exterior and rigidity, making it safe for overhead lifting, and features specially designed links that are case-hardened with a 4:1 design factor for use in our manual and electric chain hoists from .25T to 30T capacities. Load chain sizes range from 4mm to 10mm and are available in zinc-plated, stainless steel, Dacromet®, or black oxide finishes, depending on application requirements or hoist compatibility.

Hand Chain

Our hand chain is used with all manual chain hoists and is used to control the hoist’s load chains which move the load up and down. They are available in diameters from 3mm to 5mm with zinc-plated and stainless steel finishes, depending on application requirement or hoist compatibility. We offer replacement hand chain and open links in custom lengths to replace broken or worn chains on manual chain hoists.
